Guardian Gear is happy to offer handmade, custom leashes, collars, and accessories. If you ever have any questions concerns of your products, please reach out via our Contact page, and we will be happy to help resolve any issues.

 

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and want you to be able to use your gear for many years. We use high quality materials to ensure the durability of our products. Please refer to our Product Care instructions to make sure your gear lasts as long as possible.

Wholesale Inquiries

We are happy to offer wholesale opportunities for our products. Whether your a business and want to sell our leashes and collars or are a groomer and want to bulk order grooming leads, we'd love to work with you!

Shipping Policy

Please make sure your shipping address/info is up to date. Packages are mailed via USPS First Class mail. All packages are insured for up to $100.

Once the package is dropped off at the post office, we no longer have any control. We hope you understand. If you have any questions please let us know. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages or items. In the event your package is lost or damaged, we will help you file a claim.

Shipping charges are quoted at check out, based on the weight of your package & shipping address, these prices vary and can change. Please be aware that USPS may have restrictions to your area for certain shipping classes.

 

Guardian Gear is currently only shipping within the U.S. We hope to expand to international shipping soon. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Return Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

In the event that you wish to cancel your order, and not go through with purchase once your order is placed, we will charge a $10 restock fee per item. Order cancellations will be reviewed and accepted on a case by case basis. Guardian Gear reserves the right to not allow an order to be canceled. If you have any issues with your order, please let us know. We will be happy to help you anyway we can.  All order cancellation requests must be submitted via our email guardiangear23@gmail.com.

 

Please inspect your items immediately after delivery.  If you have any issues with your order, please let us know within the first 30 days of delivery. We may issue you a credit to our shop in the form of a gift card, or discount on future purchase.
